Narrow, northwest-trending mountain range, 40 mi long and 4 mi wide, standing between the upper part of Lillie Glacier and the Greenwell Glacier in northern Victoria Land. Mapped by U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) from surveys and U.S. Navy aerial photography, 1960-63. Named by Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names (US-ACAN) for Lieutenant Commander John A. Mirabito, U.S. Navy (USN), staff Meteorological Officer on four Deep Freeze Operations, 1955-59.
