Glacier 8 mi long, flowing into Trooz Glacier to the E of Lancaster Hill, on the W coast of Graham Land. First charted by the British Graham Land Expedition (BGLE) under Rymill, 1934-37. Named by the UK Antarctic Place-names Committee (UK-APC) in 1959 after the Belgica, the ship of the Belgian Antarctic Expedition (BelgAE) under Gerlache which explored this area in 1897-99.
