A cluster of coastal hills near the head of Smith Inlet, 3 mi E of Berry Massif on the E side of Palmer Land. Mapped by U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) in 1974. Named by Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names (US-ACAN) for Lieutenant Arthur K. Benson, U.S. Navy (USN), Medical Officer at Palmer Station in 1969.
