A high peak (4822 m), 0.9 mi E of Mount Vinson on the summit plateau of Vinson Massif, Sentinel Range. Named by Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names (US-ACAN) (2006) after Barry Corbet (1936-2004), member of the 1966-67 American Antarctic Mountaineering Expedition that made the first ascent of Vinson Massif and other high mountains in the range.
