A rock peak 4.5 mi W of Feeney Peak, surmounting the W wall of Goodale Glacier in the foothills of the Queen Maud Mountains. Mapped by U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) from ground surveys and U.S. Navy (USN) air photos, 1960-64. Named by Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names (US-ACAN) for David L. Cook, logistics assistant with the McMurdo Station winter party of 1965.
