A cliff about 6 mi ENE of Richmond Peak on the N side of Toney Mountain in Marie Byrd Land. Mapped by U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) from ground surveys and U.S. Navy air photos, 1959-71. Named by Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names (US-ACAN) for Lieutenant Patrick E. Creehan, MC, U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR), Flight Surgeon of Squadron VXE-6 during Operation Deep Freeze 1971 and 1972.
