Glacier flowing W into Flandres Bay southward of Pelletan Point on the W coast of Graham Land. Charted by the Belgian Antarctic Expedition (BelgAE) under Gerlache, 1897-99. Named by the UK Antarctic Place-names Committee (UK-APC) in 1960 for Hannibal Goodwin (1822-1900), American pastor who invented the first transparent nitrocellulose flexible photographic roll-film in 1887.
