Description

A group of four small islands in the western part of Henry Bay. Delineated from air photos taken by U.S. Navy (USN) Operation Highjump (1946-47), and named by Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names (US-ACAN) after Wilkes Henry, Midshipman on the sloop Vincennes during the U.S. Exploring Expedition (USEE) (1838-42) under Lieutenant Charles Wilkes.
