Description (see definition): A peak 2,570 m, standing 3.5 mi W of Mount Farley, near the SE side of Holdsworth Glacier, in the Queen Maud Mountains. Named by Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names (US-ACAN) for Commander Joseph J. McNally, USN, supply officer at McMurdo Station, winter 1959; on the staff of the Commander, U.S. Naval Support Force, Antarctica, during U.S. Navy (USN) Operation Deep Freeze (OpDFrz) 1967.
