Point on the E side of Barilari Bay 11 mi SSE of Cape Garcia, on the W coast of Graham Land. First roughly charted by the British Graham Land Expedition (BGLE) under Rymill, 1934-37. Mapped more accurately by the Falklands Islands Dependencies Survey (FIDS) from photos taken by Hunting Aerosurveys Ltd. in 1956-57. Named by the UK Antarctic Place-names Committee (UK-APC) for F. Donker Duyvis, Dutch documentalist, Secretary of the International Federation for Documentation.
