Submerged rock lying 0.4 mi S of the entrance to Jordan Cove, Bird Island, off the W end of South Georgia. First charted by personnel on His (Her) Majesty's Ship (HMS) Owen in 1961. Named by the UK Antarctic Place-names Committee (UK-APC) for one of Owen's survey motor boats.
