Description (see definition): A peak over 3,800 m, standing 2 mi SE of Mount Campbell in the Prince Olav Mountains. Discovered and photographed by the U.S. Antarctic Service (USAS), 1939-41. Surveyed by A.P. Crary (1957-58) and named by him for Norman Oliver, Air Force Cambridge Research Center, who was Antarctic Project Leader for aurora operations, 1957-60.
