Description
(see definition):
A high and mainly ice-covered peninsula in northern Graham Land. The feature is 11 mi long and 5 mi wide and projects southward into the northern part of Larsen Ice Shelf west of Larsen Inlet. The name was applied by UK Antarctic Place-names Committee (UK-APC) (1963) and derives from Cape Sobral at the south end of this peninsula.
