Mountain with broad twin summits standing between Hammond Glacier and Boyd Glacier, 6 mi WNW of Mount Douglass in the Ford Ranges, Marie Byrd Land. Discovered by the Byrd Antarctic Expedition (ByrdAE) (1928-30) and named for Donald Woodward, a patron of the expedition.
