Description (see definition): Small rocky island lying close SW of Norsel Point, off the SW coast of Anvers Island in the Palmer Archipelago. Surveyed by the Falklands Islands Dependencies Survey (FIDS) in 1955. So named by the UK Antarctic Place-names Committee (UK-APC) because the island causes breakers when the sea is rough.
