Description

A small low island lying 1 mi NW of Tiber Rocks in the N part of Rymill Bay, off the W coast of Antarctic Peninsula. Photographed by Ronne Antarctic Research Expedition (RARE) in Nov. 1947 (trimetrogon air photography). So named by Ronne Antarctic Research Expedition (RARE) geologist Robert L. Nichols because the country rock is a plutonic breccia.
