Description (see definition): A hill (770 m) which is snow covered except for some exposed rock on the N face. It rises at the N side of El-Sayed Glacier, 8 mi SW of Mount Shirley, in Marie Byrd Land. Mapped by U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) from surveys and U.S. Navy aerial photographs, 1959-65. Named by Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names (US-ACAN) for Lieutenant Michael G. Bruner, U.S. Navy (USN), LC-130 aircraft commander during Operation Deep Freeze 1970 and 1971.
