A loose chain of rock and ice bluffs that trend generally N-S for 5 mi, situated near the center of the Outback Nunataks, about 10 mi NW of Mount Weihaupt. Mapped by U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) from surveys and U.S. Navy air photos, 1959-64. Named by Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names (US-ACAN) for Harold L. Coleman, meteorologist at South Pole Station, 1968.
