Point which marks the S tip of Hoseason Island, in the Palmer Archipelago. Named by the French Antarctic Expedition (FrAE) under Charcot, 1903-05, for Alfred Angot, Asst. Dir. of the French Meteorological Service and member of the commission which published the scientific results of the expedition.
