A rock massif, 10 mi long and 3 mi wide, rising to c. 1,130 m at the W side of Sibelius Glacier, Alexander Island. Photographed from the air by Ronne Antarctic Research Expedition (RARE), 1947-48, and mapped from these photographs by D. Searle of Falklands Islands Dependencies Survey (FIDS), 1960. In association with the glacier, named after the symphonic poem Finlandia (1899) by Jean Sibelius.
