A tributary glacier, 4 mi long, flowing E to enter Shackleton Glacier between Mount Franke and Mount Cole, in the Queen Maud Mountains. Named by Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names (US-ACAN) after John H. Forman, Construction Mechanic, U.S. Navy (USN), a member of the McMurdo Station winter party, 1959.
