A glacier about 12 mi long flowing from the NW slopes of Markham Plateau in the Queen Elizabeth Range into Nimrod Glacier. Named by the northern party of the New Zealand Geological Survey Antarctic Expedition (NZGSAE) (1960-61) for W.M. Hamilton, Sec. of the New Zealand Department of Scientific and Industrial Research.
