Description (see definition): A large, isolated rock nunatak, 2,660 m, at the SE end of the Grosvenor Mountains, 12 mi E of Mauger Nunatak. Named by the New Zealand Geological Survey Antarctic Expedition (NZGSAE) (1961-62) for A.H. Larkman, Chief Engineer of the Shackleton's Imperial Trans-Antarctic Expedition (1914-17) from Australia to the Ross Sea.
