Glacier flowing W into Cayley Glacier between Pilcher and Baldwin Peaks, on the W coast of Graham Land. Photographed by the Falkland Islands and Dependencies Aerial Survey Expedition (FIDASE) in 1956-57, and mapped from these photos by the Falklands Islands Dependencies Survey (FIDS). Named by the UK Antarctic Place-names Committee (UK-APC) in 1960 for Otto Lilienthal (1848-1896), German pioneer of flight in gliders.
