Description

A prominent bluff about 4 mi long, rising 3 mi SE of McKinley Nunatak, where it forms a part of the E wall of Liv Glacier. So named by Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names (US-ACAN) because of the alternate bands of snow and rock which mark the steep face of the bluff.
